Purchasing from Adlines

Products from the Adlines online Filter Shop can be added to the users shopping basket, and quantities can be amended from the View Shopping Basket Page.

To complete a purchase, you will be asked to register with the Adlines Online Filter Store, and then payment can be made through Stripe Checkout, which accepts Credit, or Debit Card Payments.

Adlines will be informed of your order, and following some basic payment checks we will accept your order.  You will receive confirmation of your order acceptance, despatch, and invoices via e mail.

Unfortunately at present we are unable to accept orders outside of the United Kingdom.

Despatch

A standard delivery charge will be added to all orders, and goods are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

For premium delivery an option is available in the checkout which will upgrade delivery to a next day service.  Goods on premium services will be despatched same day assuming the order is placed before 12.00 noon GMT, and goods are in stock.

If goods are not in stock we will inform you via email with an option to cancel your order.

Non-Standard Filters

Non-standard filters will not be refunded unless supplied incorrectly or are faulty.

VAT

For all orders placed within the United Kingdom, VAT will be added at the current UK rate.
